The St. Louis Rams franchise was established in 1882 in the American Association, under the owner Chris von der Ahe. Later in 1892, the franchise was moved to the National League. Later in 1892, the team joined the National League as the American Association went out of business. The Rams play their home games in Busch Stadium (II) since 1966, and the franchise is expecting to move to the new ball park the "BP VILLAGE" in the season of 2006.
